In 2016, I self-published my first children's book. Since then, I have published two more children's book and a novella aimed at young adults. I am always working on several more projects. I'll try and make the works available to view through a normal web browser, but it's nice to have print copies too!

We quarantined at home during the beginning of the pandemic. Watching the birds come to our bird feeder while working from home inspired this book about birds from around Ann Arbor, Michigan. We saw so many beuatiful and colorful birds come by everyday. As the months passed, different birds would come with the changing seasons.

I had motivation and ideas in my head after completing the last book, so I started on this one right away. My love for Hong Kong and animals comes through once again, though I found the A-Z aspect challenging. I will now take a break to refine my carving skills for more technical future projects!

Penguins Poems & Parables by Seth Neeley
I was super excited to self-publish my first children's book. I had been carving woodblock prints for several months when I decided to compile them and write accompanying poems. The result was this thirty page softcover. This book was created casually over an 18-month period.

All of the Young Punks by Seth Neeley
This book is my first attempt at young adult fiction writing. I grew up immersed in the punk counter-culture, and I still credit it for molding me in to the adult I became. I tried to convey some of the themes, effects, and inspirations I observed during this time. There was so much positivity! I may have moved on to tidier clothing and softer music, but it sure left me with a prevalence for DIY and those old albums still get a spin from time to time.
